This guy has the right idea.
Please join The Pennypack Environmental center for a day of fish stocking. This year The fish and game commision is stocking the Pennypack Creek on April 13th, April 19th and April 29th. For more information please click on the link to the environmental center and contact them.
The Northeast Philadelphia Aquarium Society is also looking for members and guests to help on April 29th as this wil be the day we will be lending a hand. For more info on that, contact us at the club.

The Pennypack Environmental Center is located at
8600A Verree Rd. in Northeast Philadelphia.
 
It is approximately 1 mile north of Rhawn Street and 1.5 miles south of Red Lion Rd.
 
Via septa you can take the route 67 bus
 
The Center is handicapped-accessible.
 
The trails are open from dawn to dusk.
 
The center is open from 9am to 4pm, except holidays. Weekend hours vary.
